Returns & Cancellations

Due to the perishable nature of our sweets, all items bought from Nadel are final sale. There are no returns, refunds, or cancellations allowed on any orders. All packages are shipped via UPS or FedEx; therefore, we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
Nadel sweets are Sold AS IS, with no refunds or cancellations.
If any of our sweets arrives damaged, we have Happy Helpers who will work with you to determine an appropriate solution.
