Shipping policy
We suggest our products be frozen or refrigerated upon arrival to preserve freshness. Nadel is not responsible for delays in transit caused by high package volume, weather, mechanical error, strikes, natural disasters, terrorism safety control, local carrier scan errors, or inaccurate/incomplete shipping information. Leaving a package at an address is ultimately up to the complete discretion of the individual delivery person and is therefore entirely outside our control.
Nadel does not require a signature for the delivery of its packages.
Customers are responsible for checking that all shipping information and confirmation email is correct before submitting an order.
We ship Monday through Thursday with an average shipping time of 1-5 days based on distance from Miami, FL.
To avoid your order sitting in a shipping warehouse over the weekend, we do not ship our Nadel sweets on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, or on national holidays.
